Super PDR Shipping Policy



Besides superpdr.com, Super PDR products are also available on various platforms like Amazon, ebay, AliExpress and Walmart, you may also find Super PDR products in our distributors' and authorized sellers' shop. Any order that does not happen on superpdr.com should follow the shipping and return policy of corresponding platform. You could contact corresponding sellder or customer service for help.

Super PDR has warehouses around the world - Australia, USA, Europe, Russia...We cooperate with some largest Carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx etc. to ship the orders quickly and safely, please note that sometimes the package could be shipped to you from China.

For orders on third-party platform, you could check the listing to see where the product ships from. And for orders on superpdr.com, you could also check the origin or contact our customer service team for more information.  

For business partners, corporate purchase or customized order, please contact our team first. Some products can be shipped directly from native country while some must cross the border. Our distributors are also available for such questions. For more information about B2B please visit here.

Following terms and policies only apply to superpdr.com. 

 

1. About Free Shipping



Free Shipping Details: Free Shipping offer is available only in the United States. Orders shipped to remote states/areas or international addresses do not qualify.
 

2. Shipping Update



some orders may need more time until delivered. If you've received the notification "In transit, arriving late" regarding your order, rest assured we are aware of the delay and apologize for the inconvenience. Our shipping carriers are facing delays due to the high volume as well as the COVID-19 crisis.
 

3. What Can I Do?



If your package is arriving through USPS, you can track the parcel at https://usps.force.com/emailus/s. Select "Where Is My Package" and input your tracking number, which ensures a direct contact with USPS and they will follow up with you in time.
If your order is arriving through FedEx Ground Home Delivery or FedEx Express, you can track the parcel at https://www.fedex.com/apps/onlineclaims/?locale=en_US.

We are open Monday thru Friday. All orders placed before 2PM Eastern Time will be shipped same day; otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day. Should there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you.

We ship to all states in the USA and worldwide. We offer:
· Flat rate service | Usually takes 5-10 business days.(This special rate only applies to shipments within the continental United States. AK, HI, PR, etc and international locations do not qualify for this promotion.)
· Ground service | Usually takes 2-6 business days via FedEx home delivery.
· Priority service | Usually takes 2-3 business days via USPS Priority service.
· International Shipping | For any orders outside the United States,  you may need to pay possible duties, taxes, and other fees that may occur upon delivery to your location.

NOTE: If your shipping address is FPO/AFO or one of the non-contiguous states (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa) please make sure to choose USPS PRIORITY shipping service, because it's the fastest and most affordable service for such locations. We also offer expedited services. If you wish to request a shipment the same day or on 2nd day, please inform us immediately after your payment and we'll send you an invoice for the shipping cost.


You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking info once your item is shipped. It may take the carrier up to 24 hours to update the tracking information.

Super PDR Return Policy


Should any quality problem or failed dent repair occur, please contact our customer service team first, we will try our best to help you until you're satisfied. The return process is complicated and may take long time, thus we believe it's better for both sides to communicate first.

If you insist a return, our return policy stipulates a 7-day deadline. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to refund your money or exchange the product.


The product must be returned in the same condition as it was on the receipt. The product must not be used or must be in the original packaging (the "original packaging" of the products does not apply to the packaging of the outer bag).

Proof of purchase is also required for redemption. Please do not return the product to the manufacturer. And return of hygiene products, cosmetics, swimwear, and underwear is not acceptable.
 

1. Refund



As soon as the product has arrived at us and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We also inform you that the request has been accepted or rejected.

Once your request is approved, we'll begin refunding and the amount will automatically appear on your PayPal within a few days. Refunds will only be made by bank transfer to the account you provided. Cash repayment is not possible.

If you still do not want to purchase the product and return it, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to us with your name, order number, the reason for the return, and the bank account number to which we can return the amount

Send the product to our headquarters (we will notify you by e-mail). You can select any shipping company to return. We accept no liability if this service is used. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

2. Refund late or not received?



If you did not receive the money, check with your bank again, then contact the card-issuing company as it may take some time for the money to appear on the card.

3. Product return



First, contact the courier company you want to return the product. We recommend that you use a shipping company where you can track the product or take out insurance to ship the product. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.

After we receive and review the returned products, we will send you an email with the status of your request (Accepted/Rejected). Once your request has been approved, we will refund your payment card or PayPal within a few days.

In case of a redemption voucher, if you do not want the purchased product, send it to our central office. Once we receive the product, we will send you an email confirming it and returning it within 7 business days. If you wish to return the original product, we will send you a new order as soon as possible.
